Angel Kunev also known as SubSonic started producing his music in the age of 16 with Yamaha Motive 7, two drum maschines and PC. His style was getting better and better during the time. Like a real electronic fan he succeed to realize his ideas not only in hard-techno and on many other styles like pure techno, Industrial, Trip-Hop, Noise,Drum & Bass and etc. Inspired by his friends and his greetings about his work, he continued forward.
At the age of 18 he had his first booking from Club SubWay (Sofia). After some years he became reputable in the Bulgarian scene. After his first appearance, he saw that the crowd loved his style and started producing more and more harder for them.In 2003, he decided to make his own organisation "Sadistic Noize".
But after many events he edited the name of his organisation to "Darkness Falls" in which are names like BOMEK (VENETSUELLA),JAYKRISS (BELGIUM), NOBODY (BULGARIA),BORIS NAUMANN (GERMANY) , JANE EPHEX (GERMANY) ,DJ SCALE RIPPER (GER),ZEALOT (MACEDONIA)
SubSonic was surprised when the man as known as "The king of Techno", DJ Rush asked him for two tracks to release for Kne' deep Recordings. This EP was released on 11/14/07 on the 38th edition of Kne' deep with the name: "HUNGARY vs BULGARIA" which motivated SubSonic more. A little bit after this release, he had bookings from other countries like:
Poland, Romania and Belgium
Through these years, SubSonic played in clubs like:
